We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was very close to Haymarket Train Station and had easy access to buses and trams. The hotel also provided card key entry, ensuring our security. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a great shower and tea/coffee amenities. We were impressed by the historical charm of the building, with each room having its own unique name and the staircase showcasing amazing photographs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was right next to the train station and just across from the Haymarket tram stop. This made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Additionally, there were some great eating places within walking distance, including a cool pub with delicious food. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed, such as a TV and coffee/tea facilities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Conveniently located near Haymarket station, it was so close to the attractions I wanted to see. The cleanliness of both the room and shower room was impeccable, and the hotel had great facilities. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building itself was probably Georgian, and our room on the ground floor was huge. It must have once been a drawing room, with an extremely high ceiling, original cornice, and central rose. The room was also very suitable for people with physical disabilities and wheelchairs, as it had a wet room built-in. The furniture, although possibly reproduction, was in keeping with the period of the building. We were provided with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and there was a hairdryer in the drawer. The highlight for us, however, was the size of the room and the lovely white sheets, duvet cover, and towels. The duvet itself was also very nice. The owner who greeted us was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The location of the hotel was spot on, just a 2-minute walk from Haymarket Station, making it very easy to find. It was also a convenient 25-minute walk to the Royal Mile, saving us money on taxis. We felt very safe here, as there was electronic entry, allowing us to let ourselves into our room when we returned late. The hotel also had a nice club next door, and the friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. The TV and free WIFI were also appreciated.
