Impressions

Welcome to the Mayfair Guest House, where every aspect of your stay is meticulously designed to cater to your needs and desires. As an avid gastronomic traveler, I was particularly drawn to the delectable dining options and culinary experiences available at this charming establishment. The complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was an absolute game-changer for me, allowing me to effortlessly research the best dining spots in Edinburgh and share my delightful foodie adventures with my friends and followers.

I appreciated the policy of not allowing pets on the premises, ensuring that the tranquil ambiance and cleanliness of the guesthouse were maintained at the highest standard. This contributed to a serene dining experience, free from any distractions or disruptions. Furthermore, the strict no smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air, quite literally. I could savor the tantalizing flavors of the local cuisine without a hint of unwanted smoke interfering with my palate.

The commitment to providing a peaceful and pristine environment for guests truly elevated the entire gastronomic journey. The absence of pet-related allergens and smoke enhanced the overall dining experience, allowing me to fully indulge in the diverse and scrumptious culinary offerings that Edinburgh has to offer.

We loved the cleanliness and tidiness of this hotel. The spacious room provided a fantastic view over the park, and the free on-street parking right outside was a huge bonus. The location was superb, being close to a main street with plenty of shops. The hotel also had great transportation links, with the tram and bus stops just a short walk away. The room itself was generously sized and provided us with a kettle, tea, and coffee. The WiFi was reliable, and we never had any issues with hot water in the shower. this hotel offered excellent value for money.
Nothing, all excellent.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a brief walk into the city center. The rooms were extremely large in size, offering plenty of space to move around. The view from the bedroom window was great, with the added bonus of being able to watch cute foxes playing and sleeping in the garden. The hotel provided tea and coffee, and the shared bathroom was always clean and available to use.
There was nothing we didn't like.
