We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and in a quiet residential area. The hotel facilities were great, with safe street parking available. Transportation was convenient, with the bus n2 stopping right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to the international congress center and the Hilton congress center. We were also happy to find some excellent local places to dine within a ten-minute walk, even with our heavy cases. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a perfect experience.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities provided were great. The location was perfect, being just outside the main hustle and bustle of the city but still very close to public transport into the center. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing information on bus stops and orientating us to the city. The hotel's location next to Holyrood Park offered magnificent scenery, while still being within walking distance to all main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was a bit of a search to reach the hotel by public transport, but after doing it once, it's easy and not too far. Added advantage of the hotel's location: it's quiet at night. We were welcomed very warmly and given a map and some useful information. Even though we arrived much earlier than check-in time, our room was ready. The room was clean, with coffee and tea facilities, super comfortable beds and our own bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was good with a buffet offering plenty of choice and an additional menu of items that they cook on order. On our last morning, we had an early flight and the owners were kind enough to set up the breakfast buffet a bit earlier so we could still eat some toast and have a tea before leaving. If we visit in the future, we will definitely stay here again!
