Dunedin Guest House, in the heart of Edinburgh, is truly a gem for the modern-day traveler. Their attention to detail when it comes to amenities, really sets them apart - and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. As an avid blogger and content creator, the Wi-Fi connection was top-notch. Whether I was streaming videos or uploading pictures of my delicious meals, the connection was always reliable and fast - something I truly appreciated.

On top of that, the guest rooms were adorned with the latest flat-screen TV technology, allowing me to enjoy my favorite shows and movies in stunning HD quality. And let's not forget the Electric kettle, offering me the convenience of making tea or coffee, whenever I wanted without going out of my room. It's these little touches that make the experience at Dunedin Guest House just that little bit more special, and I can't wait to see what new and exciting amenities they'll add in the future.

The hotel is located in a big beautiful old building, close to university halls of residence and within easy reach of buses into the old town or a half-hour walk. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We loved the convenient location of this guest house. It was situated in a smart residential area, close to my daughter's college dorm and other places we wanted to visit. The hotel also had easy access to buses into the old town or a pleasant half-hour walk. Moreover, being close to university halls of residence was a bonus.
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel really surpassed our expectations in every aspect, from cleanliness to facilities to location.
We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spotless rooms and a beautiful old building. The location was also great, close to bus stops for easy transportation into town and especially with respect to the Royal Mile. The staff were amazing, making us feel very welcomed and accommodating all our needs.
