We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The location was great, situated on the edge of New Town and easily accessible to the Old Town by bus. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Close to the Botanic Gardens and Dean Village, and very convenient for getting into the heart of the city, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, warm, and cozy, with well-thought-out furnishing and storage spaces. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, with a good choice of hot options and plenty of coffee or tea. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean, almost like having an en suite. The location was great, just a short 15-minute walk to the city center, which gave me the opportunity to explore this beautiful city. Additionally, there was a Tesco less than 5 minutes away and a bus stop just around the corner, making transportation very convenient.
