The Crowne Plaza Edinburgh - Royal Terrace ticks all the boxes that a modern traveler desires. As soon as I entered, the hotel's state-of-the-art facilities impressed me. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and updated on everything. Luggage storage was also useful as it allowed me to explore the city with ease without feeling weighed down by my bags.

One of my biggest appreciations was for the flexibility they offered. I had a late check-in and needed to check out later than usual. But the 24-hour reception made this possible, and everything was handled efficiently by the staff. The bar/lounge area of the hotel is very chic, and the cocktails are must-tries! The restaurant also boasts some fantastic food, which was immaculately prepared and presented. As a welcome gift, they served me with a lovely welcome drink, which quickly made me feel at home at this place.

The hotel's fitness studio, indoor swimming pool, and sauna provide the opportunity for a relaxing workout session. After a busy day exploring the city, nothing beats a dip in the pool or relaxing with a book by the sauna. Laundry services were also available, which is handy when traveling for an extended period of time. I had a fantastic time at this property, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to enjoy Edinburgh in style!.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - near enough to everything but very quiet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even ordering a taxi for us earlier than expected. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out, and the room we stayed in was stunning and immaculate. We also loved the dog-friendly touches with bowls and a bed. The club room with free drinks and nibbles in the evening was a great perk. this hotel provided a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and tidy rooms that had a luxurious feel to them. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the added touch of the freebies, such as the coffee machine, shortbread biscuits, and bottle of water. The location was perfect, as it was near the fountains in the bustling city center, but still away from the hustle and bustle. It was also very quick to get to all the city sites. The breakfast was amazing, according to my family, who consider themselves hotel breakfast experts. They particularly loved the delicious mini muffins and enjoyed multiple courses. Moreover, there was free parking available in front of the hotel, which was a bonus.

The hotel's location was central, making it easy to walk to the nearby Edinburgh Playhouse and various restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The hotel was spotless, and the facilities, including the bar area and the spacious rooms, were top-notch. We were able to park our car for free right in front of the hotel, and there was also a multi-storey car park nearby. The location in the center of this city made it easy for us to explore all the main attractions and take advantage of the nearby trams and buses. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
