As a foodie, finding a hotel that meets all your needs is a top priority. That's why Ardenlee Guest House in Edinburgh, United Kingdom jumped out at me – not only does it have everything I need to feel comfortable during my stay but it's also a haven for gastronomic tourism!

First things first, I was immediately impressed with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Let's face it, how could anyone function without a stable internet connection nowadays? I could easily search for the best restaurants and the hottest food spots in Edinburgh. And thanks to the flat-screen TV, I could almost taste the delicacies being showcased on cooking shows – it was like having my own private chef right in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a homely feel, which was a nice change from typical chain hotels. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location, near the botanic gardens and a large Tesco, was perfect. I could easily explore the city either on foot or by bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel facilities were great, including a delicious breakfast that gave us a hearty start to our day. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, really close to the city centre as well as Waverley train station. We also loved that it was within walking distance to a mini supermarket and some lovely independent cafes and galleries. Additionally, being on two bus routes made exploring this city so easy and convenient.
Nothing it is perfect.
The hotel's cleanliness, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and convenient location just off Dundas Street, which leads straight up to Princes Street and Waverley Railway Station. We found great shops, parks, and restaurants in this city, and it was easy to access transportation. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Royal Botanic Garden, which was the main aim of our trip.
Nothing, all excellent.
We absolutely loved our stay at this guest house. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafés and restaurants within a five-minute walk. We were also delighted to find that the hotel was near the city centre, with just a ten-minute walk uphill to Princes Street. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near two bus routes, making transportation around this city a breeze. On top of that, the hotel was relatively close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens, which provided a peaceful sanctuary for us on our last day. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of wonderful.
Not one thing.
